Youth Protection Policy

Article 1 (Purpose)

Based on the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and the Youth Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, this Youth Protection Policy aims to protect young people from harmful information and provide a safe environment for using the Service.

Article 2 (Scope)

This Policy applies to all use of services, including the sale, payment and guidance of digital vouchers, provided through the Company's online platform (luminartmuseum.net).

Article 3 (Basic Principles of Youth Protection)

① The Company operates its services on the principle that they must not constitute media harmful to young people. ② The Company implements reasonable administrative and technical measures to prevent young people from being exposed to harmful information during Platform operations. ③ The Company complies with applicable laws and strives to create a healthy environment for using its services.

Article 4 (Youth Protection Activities)

① The Company monitors and manages Service screens, payment processes and information posting areas to prevent exposure of content inappropriate for young people. ② If information is determined to be harmful to young people under applicable laws or decisions of relevant authorities, the Company promptly takes necessary action, including blocking access or deleting the information. ③ The Company also manages external partners, advertisements and linked content to meet youth protection standards.

Article 5 (Consultation and Reports)

① The Company operates channels for consultation and reporting concerns or harm relating to information harmful to young people. ② Users may submit inquiries, reports or suggestions for improvement to the Youth Protection Officer below. The Company will review them promptly and diligently. ③ Where necessary, the Company may cooperate with relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 6 (Youth Protection Officer)

The Company designates the following Youth Protection Officer to establish and implement this Policy and handle related complaints.
